Bumbu Resep Indonesia is a collection of authentic Indonesian recipes from all 38 provinces, from Aceh to Papua. It is made for mums cooking at home who want regional dishes that taste close to the original.

How we write our recipes

Every recipe is written in plain language: clear measurements, steps in order and one key tip that is usually known only by local cooks. Where an ingredient is hard to find outside its region, we suggest a substitute.

Two languages

All recipes are available in Indonesian and English so Indonesian food can reach readers around the world.

Always growing

There are currently 126 recipes, and we add new ones regularly.
