  1. Coat the meat with the paste, soy sauce and oil.

  2. Marinate at least 1 hour.

  3. Thread 4 to 5 pieces onto each skewer.

  4. Grill over charcoal, basting with the remaining marinade, until cooked.

  5. Serve with chilli soy sauce and rice cakes.
