How to Make

  1. Fry the paste until fragrant. Cool.

  2. Mix the sago, coconut milk, eggs, paste, salt and pepper.

  3. Add the liver and gizzard and mix until thick and even.

  4. Wrap 2 tbsp of mixture in banana leaf and secure with a toothpick.

  5. Steam 30 minutes until cooked.

  6. Grill briefly over charcoal until the leaves brown and smell fragrant.
