How to Make

  1. Rub the chicken with lime and salt and leave 15 minutes.

  2. Fry the paste with lemongrass, lime leaves, turmeric leaves and pandan until fragrant.

  3. Add the chicken and stir until it changes colour.

  4. Add the water and cook over medium heat until tender and the sauce reduces.

  5. Add the tomato, spring onion and basil, stir briefly and serve.
