How to Make

  1. Boil the rice with the water and lemongrass until half porridge.

  2. Add the pumpkin and sweet potato and cook until soft and the pumpkin breaks down.

  3. Add the corn and cook 10 minutes.

  4. Add the spinach, water spinach, gedi leaves and salt. Stir until wilted.

  5. Add the basil and remove from heat.

  6. Serve with salted fish, corn fritters and roa sambal.
