How to Make

  1. Dissolve the cornflour in a little milk.

  2. Heat the remaining milk with the sugar, butter and vanilla. Add the cornflour mixture and stir until thick. Leave to cool slightly.

  3. Beat the eggs and add them to the milk mixture gradually while stirring.

  4. Add the coconut, raisins and cinnamon.

  5. Pour into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with kenari, sugar and cinnamon.

  6. Bake at 170°C for 30 to 35 minutes until browned. Cool before serving.
