How to Make
Fry the paste until fragrant.
Add the stock and beef and bring to a boil.
Add the pounded rice and toasted coconut, stirring constantly until thick.
Add the carrot and long beans and cook until half done.
Add the fern tips, water spinach, mint, turmeric leaves and salt. Cook until wilted.
Serve with peanuts, anchovies and sambal.
