How to Make

  1. Rub the fish with lime and salt and leave 15 minutes.

  2. Mix the fish with the paste, lemongrass, lime leaves and tomatoes.

  3. Lay basil on a leaf, add the fish and spices, and wrap tightly.

  4. Steam 30 minutes, then grill briefly over charcoal for aroma.
