  1. Score the fish, rub with lime and salt and leave 15 minutes.

  2. Mix the paste with the oil.

  3. Coat the fish with the paste.

  4. Grill over charcoal, basting, until cooked on both sides.

  5. Serve with colo-colo sambal and rice or papeda.
