How to Make

  1. Soak the corn and red beans overnight and drain.

  2. Boil the corn, red beans and peanuts in the water until tender, about 2 hours, adding hot water if needed.

  3. Add the coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves.

  4. Cook on low heat, stirring, until thick.

  5. Serve with se'i, grilled fish or sambal lu'at.
