How to Make
Fry the paste with bay leaves, lemongrass and cinnamon until fragrant.
Pour in the coconut milk and stir until boiling.
Add the grilled fish, salt and palm sugar. Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.

Serve with lime and sambal.
