How to Make
Fry the base genep until cooked, then cool.
Mix the toasted coconut with the paste and lime leaves.
Add the minced chicken and long beans.
Add the fried shallots and garlic, fried sambal, salt and calamansi juice.
Mix well by hand and serve straight away.
