How to Make

  1. Boil the noodles until cooked and drain.

  2. Fry the spice paste and andaliman with bay leaves and lemongrass until fragrant.

  3. Add the coconut milk and keep stirring so it does not split. Bring to a boil.

  4. Add the cabbage, salt and sugar. Cook until the cabbage wilts.

  5. Place the noodles in bowls, ladle over the curry and top with egg and fried shallots.
