How to Make
Stir-fry the minced chicken with 1 tbsp garlic oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce and pepper until cooked.
Blanch the noodles briefly and drain.
In each bowl, mix 1 tbsp garlic oil and a little soy sauce, add the noodles and toss.
Top with blanched bean sprouts and the chicken.
Serve with a bowl of broth and fried shallots.
