How to Make

  1. Boil the papaya flowers with salt and discard the water to reduce bitterness.

  2. Fry the shallots, garlic, chillies and lemongrass until fragrant.

  3. Add the melinjo leaves and papaya flowers and stir.

  4. Add the water and salt and cook until wilted.

  5. Add the fried anchovies, stir briefly and serve.
