How to Make
Cut all the cooked vegetables into pieces.
Grind the dressing ingredients until fine and thin with the boiled water.
Grind the chillies, shallots, shrimp paste and salt, then mix with the toasted coconut for the sambal.
Arrange the vegetables, pour over the peanut dressing and sprinkle with the coconut sambal.
