Equipment

  • AeroPress and paper filter
  • Scale
  • Kettle
  • Cup

Method

  1. Set up the AeroPress inverted and add 15 g coffee.

  2. Pour 210 g water and stir 10 times.

  3. Attach the cap with a rinsed paper filter.

  4. Wait until 1:30.

  5. Flip onto the cup and press gently for 30 seconds until you hear a hiss.

Barista tip

Slightly cooler water (85–90°C) gives a sweeter, less bitter cup.
