How to Make

  1. Dry-toast the sago flour briefly and let it cool.

  2. Beat the eggs, sugar and margarine until combined.

  3. Add the sago, kenari, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Knead until it can be shaped.

  4. Shape into ovals or flat rounds.

  5. Bake at 160°C for 35 to 40 minutes until dry.

  6. Cool and store in an airtight jar.
