How to Make

  1. Bring the coconut milk, water, turmeric, bay leaves, lemongrass, pandan and salt to a boil, stirring.

  2. Add the rice and stir until the liquid is absorbed.

  3. Steam the par-cooked rice for 30 minutes until done.

  4. Serve with cakalang fufu, egg, fish floss, vermicelli and sambal.
