How to Make

  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until the sugar dissolves (no need to whip).

  2. Add the flour while stirring.

  3. Pour in the pandan-suji coconut milk little by little until the batter is smooth and runny.

  4. Add the melted margarine, salt and vanilla. Stir well.

  5. Heat the oven to 180°C. Heat a greased kemojo flower tin for 5 minutes.

  6. Pour in the batter and bake 50 to 60 minutes until the top is browned and cooked.
