How to Make
Make small cups from banana leaves.
Mix the rice flour, coconut milk, salt and pandan juice. Cook, stirring, until slightly thick (half cooked).
Pour 2 tbsp palm sugar syrup into each cup.
Fill the cups almost to the top with the flour mixture.
Steam 20 minutes until set.

Do not pour the batter too hot so the palm sugar stays as a separate layer at the bottom.
