How to Make

  1. Mix the fish, garlic, egg, salt and tapioca flour. Shape into flat ovals.

  2. Boil the tepek in water until they float. Remove.

  3. Fry the spice paste with bay leaf, lemongrass and turmeric leaf until cooked.

  4. Add the coconut milk and stir until boiling.

  5. Add the tepek, salt and sugar. Cook 10 minutes.
