How to Make
Clean the fish with lime juice and rinse.
Mix the spice paste and tempoyak with a little water.
Boil the water with the paste mixture, lemongrass and leaves until fragrant.
Add the fish, salt and sugar. Cook about 15 minutes over medium heat.
Add the basil just before removing from heat.
