How to Make

  1. Grind the garlic, chillies and salt.

  2. Add the peanuts and grind fine.

  3. Add the petis and sweet soy sauce and thin with water until thick.

  4. Snip the tofu, rice cake, potato and omelette onto a plate.

  5. Add bean sprouts and cucumber and pour over the petis sauce.

  6. Sprinkle with fried shallots and serve with crackers.
