Method

  1. Weigh 30 g condensed milk into the cup.

  2. Add 120 ml fresh milk and stir until combined.

  3. Fill with ice.

  4. Pour the espresso on top, seal and serve.

Barista tip

Pre-mix condensed and fresh milk in a bottle for one shift (1:4 ratio) to speed up service.
